Workshop:

Making Differences
Work In Your Workplace

Good results are not about whether there are differences …. instead, what do you do with difference, real-time, right now?

Dates/times TBD (stay tuned, contact us!)
Online, in-person, hybrid

Conflict in organizations happens, all the time! In this workshop or series, we’ll be talking about how to address differences collaboratively, so that you get the positive benefits of diverse ideas and perspectives.

We all can learn new ways of working with conflict, understanding the different experiences and perspectives of others (without losing sight of your own), and communicating to promote organizational effectiveness. As individuals, teams, and whole organizations, we can balance multiple needs and goals, we can focus both externally on those we serve and internally on those who make that service possible. We all can learn to listen more deeply and respectfully, to see the potential “both this AND that” in situations, and to lean into a trust that problems held by the group can lead to much better and long-lasting group solutions.

Even when things are really tough or seem stuck, you can build organizational resilience and make it through to a better future. Tough conversations done well can have really positive impacts on workplace cultures and bottom lines – together we’ll identify starting points for how to make conflict and difference work FOR you.

Are folks walking on eggshells … or screaming in the corridors (or behind others’ backs)?
Is everyone frustrated by mandatory DEIB training sessions that don’t seem to lead to change?

Or maybe the will to embrace difference positively is there, but you aren’t sure how to make on-the-ground changes that impact operations now?
